  • The strategies of a company in a small market with few buyers and many sellers center the key point of success, otherwise the company just follow a market trend that does not prove effective medium-term and in the end is just disappearing. That is why market strategies in enterprises become the distinguishing feature allowing you to take advantage of a crowded sector. To be successful a company must consider its competitive advantages and maximize them according to market conditions in which it plays, whether these structural, human resources or talent. The case study aims to address a specific market dynamics with particular trends that define how to compete and customs of the principal actors. These same trends set business models in the sector, from various analyzes such as PESTEL or views of authors like Kotler (1992) and their competitive strategies according to market share and Miller (1986) and its definition of the market or Porter (1980) with the market forces, allowing to give guidance or explanation of why the particular market situations as specific as the automation and quality control sector.
