abstract

  • The present essay aims to analyze and demonstrate the importance of the role of evaluation in the learning process that was carried out in the project Las Escuelas Formadoras y Maestros de Maestros (EFMMa) in the period 2019-1. To do this, first of all, it is necessary to understand that this work is based on the author's experience during her process as a Maestro en Formación (MF). Second, the participation mechanisms are elements that are part of the evaluation, which are: hetero-evaluation, co-evaluation and self-evaluation, concepts that will be explained throughout the text.Taking the above into account, the question that guides this text is in what ways are the evaluation participation mechanisms evidenced in the FP learning process in the framework of my experience in the EFMMa program, during the first semester of 2019? Thus, the main objective of this article is to describe the types of evaluation that were evidenced in this experience. This article is divided into 7 parts: 1. What is EFMMa ?; 2. Particularities of one's own experience; 3. Evaluation; 4. Heteroevaluation; 5. Co-evaluation; 6. Self-assessment; and 7. Conclusions. Each of these parts presents key concepts and links them with my personal experience, in order to understand how the evaluation worked in EFMMa and its importance in the training of each MF.
