Aproximación a las características del modelo de gestión organizacional de la Secretaría de Movilidad y su relación con los asuntos de movilidad de Bogotá

This work pretends an approximation about characteristics of the Secretariat of Mobility’s model of organizational management. For this, the characteristics come from the studies of the organization from authors like Weber (1993), Etkin (2003) and Scott (2003). The above support to answer the question: which are the characteristics of Secretariat of Mobility’s model of organizational management and his relationship with fulfillment of objectives of existence regard to the issues of mobility of the Bogota city? Then the results show the model characteristics and his relationship with the environment. Finally, the work shows challenges for the organization and his management.
