abstract

  • Society has defined certain rules and patterns of behavior in individuals who are in it. The interaction and network of relationships between them is what gives it its identity. The nature of societies is determined by the social institution which provides a deeper understanding of the complexity of social relations of any group of people related. Within Society there is a notion of Social Culture which reflects a collective experience of all individuals who experience it, the events that have occurred in the past and have an impact or effect on the present and even future of this group of people. The organization appears to be the link between a set of individuals who are connected and ready to achieve a common goal through the establishment of roles or functions. Organizational Culture generates a sense of identity and belonging to the Organization, as well as to encourage commitment among its members to achieve common goals and objectives. Therefore, the Social Culture should not be applied equally to the organizational culture as the link and the kind of relationship that comes from individuals in the society or organization is completely different. The values, beliefs and rites, created within society can’t be transferred to a company because the relationships and the ultimate goal of each is different.
