  • The study of business perdurability is a subject of great interest in the management world, because it shows how and what the enterprises that survive during time do, which is one of the main objectives of any the organizations. The following research pretends to do an approach to this subject through the study of the case of the Aviatur Group, which is one of the most recognize, prestige and oldest enterprises of the Colombian travel agency market. The study tries to establish what patterns or management strategies the enterprise and its president have follow in order to persist and carry on a cross the years. The study not only shows the organization structure, but it develops a comparison with two perdurability models proposed previously by two other researches of the Rosario University Business Faculty. On is the model of the 13 business perdurability indexes (Rosario, 2009) and the other is the Quantitative Perdurability Index. (Rivera, Guzmán, Cadena, Beltrán, & Méndez, 2006). Establishing, which is the model of the enterprise, what it has in common with the other two and what lessons can be taken from it.
