  • The e-commerce in the last years has had a great growth due to the facilities of access to Internet, the information, greater quantity of suppliers and payment facilities that is more and more democratized, allowing to the economy to be more inclusive among all the actors that converge on the web. Colombia is a country with great potential in the textile sector, for many decades Colombian families have been dedicated to making garments, forging brands with national and international recognition, being differentiating products from Asian markets because of the quality and advantages of design, one of greater recognition is the Push Up Jeans that are very desirable in international markets. Some cities such as Cali, Medellín and Bogotá are considered as the main centers of clothing commercialization, but in mainly in the last one the famous “Madrugon” was created in 1994 which goes from three in the morning until eleven in the morning on Wednesdays, and Saturdays where garment manufacturers offer their products to visitors from different cities or municipalities of Colombia and even from other countries such as Mexico, the United States, Ecuador, Costa Rica and others to buy wholesale products, with the intention to stock their stores or resale, offering a variety of prices, designs and quality to their customers. With the purpose of helping small, micro and medium entrepreneurs to have a new sales channel, the Madrugon.com platform is created, where they can show their products, commercialize them, position their brands, have new payment methods and also being able to export their products through a webpage that has been positioning in the search engines and where a personalized service will be offered to answer concerns and requirements that customers could have in the purchase process. This platform is also designed to meet the needs of buyers, because according to experience there are too many people who are in cities or municipalities away from the capital and although they want to start a business of clothing marketing often do not have the availability of time to move or it is costly to go to Bogotá because they must incur transportation, food and lodging expenses. Madrugon.com differentiates itself from other webpages because it sells Colombian products nationally and internationally, will have secure online payments, makes shipments within 24 hours after payment, will have a variety of products in its portfolio estimated on average. 150,000 since it is expected to have more than 100 suppliers by 2025, from different categories such as: Lady blouses, lady's pants, jeans, children's clothing, menswear, sportswear, among others. We want that the customers could find the products they need in one place and can do orders from different suppliers, it will arrive consolidated in just one. As regards the financial projection, an initial investment of COP $ 64,506,547 will be invest in the webpage that will be developed by a company that has previously presented to us with a quote which charges us $ 7,485,000COP including a multi-vendor system for each of the suppliers to get into through a user to add the photos and the prices of the products.
