Management in an Organizational Crisis context is a field of study that has matured over time. Which requires novel perspectives for future research and for professionals in companies. Since the 1960s, organizational behavior has been the subject of debate and approaches, which have directed research from a purely business field to a psychological one with great relevance in the cultural aspect. To provide a perspective of the decades of study, 75 documents were analyzed through a systematic review of the literature, under two main approaches: topics (content, process, priorities) and research paradigms (perspectives, methodology, designs, typologies, and research paradigms). research). Most organizations develop and refine plans to better manage emergencies of the type they have faced in the past, but they face a greater threat, the uncertain. The main contribution of this study is the theoretical discussion that allows applying a framing perspective of the term while providing the tools to prevent and deal with it.
