The present document offers a study of the Organic Tobacco Project to improve the conditions of life of a particular group of people, but that does through a model of viable and replicable business, with some characteristic unique, since the organic tobacco culture is a pioneering project throughout the world.For the development of this work, it was needed the methodology suggested by educational of the Universidad del Rosario (François Contreras, Juan Bernardo Gaitán y Carlos Méndez) who propose to make a study of case that allows to demonstrate the impact that has British American Tobacco Colombia in a certain population with its model of management that involves the following components: Enterprise Social Responsibility, Inclusive Businesses, model of viable business and replicable, administrative challenges, logistic and leadership.Nevertheless, to the being a project that has not culminated, and then becomes a comparative one with the nearest model known in Colombia, that is called the Social Payment, realized by the company Indupalma Ltda.All these subjects included in the investigation, finalizing with some of our suggestions about the good development of the Project and its future.
