abstract

  • The harmful effects that globalization and financial capitalism has had on social and economic balances are closely related to the conceptual arguments that, as a wake-up call, have come to corporations and business by corporate social responsibility. However, the model built around the accumulation of capital and profits have raised a symbiotic relationship in which are themselves resource and end of their own existence, giving rise to structural tensions that voids the alternatives of being sustainable and socially responsible at the same time. The path we face as a society, as companies and as sustainable economic model is based on joint efforts and changes in the way to approach the market.
