abstract

  • In a world like the one we have today, where we are running out of natural resources, high production costs are making more difficult for large companies to continue working and the environment is about to collapse because of the huge amount of waste in it, it is necessary to find new, more sustainable, raw material sources, while reducing costs for those big companies. This paper takes places in the Spanish economic context, and its objective is to identify what actions are being done within some sectors of the Spanish economy regarding sustainability, recycling, reverse logistics, green logistics and, overall, how every day more and more companies are coming together to develop a social and environmental responsibility policy regarding their wastes.
