abstract

  • This research delves into the study of two summary proceedings in Puente Real (today Puente Nacional, Santander) for the year 1800 against Alejo Franqui and Carlos Pinzón, due to the apparent illicit amorous relationships they had, each one, with other men. Likewise, the work approaches the reflection of sodomy from a theoretical perspective, through the study of the theological and juridical discourses that shaped the rejection of the practice of the 'nefarious sin'.
