This paper grade is defined from the methodological standpoint as a significant transformational and transactional approach to the organizational model of the company, through a process of concrete implementation in a case study of the Colombian company HB & CO. LTDA, with a view to the qualitative and quantitative improvement ideal of it. From this perspective, the project is divided into three main areas: the formulation and delimitation of the problem, where a detailed analysis of all the problems related to changing organization and the need for leadership work, as a way analysis is presented solving them. The second axis, presents the development of the case study, based on the diagnosis of the company, so that weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strengths are identified. The case study is limited to the theoretical framework in terms of what should be and make the organization, vision and mission that should guide the organization and transformational leadership as a means to solve problems of management and optimization of resources within an organization.
