In this paper is made a brief presentation of proposals, models and theories of healthy organizations from different perspectives in order to achieve an analysis and application of a model in a small business from the cosmetic sector getting a strategic proposal of an applicable model. This exercise made a diagnosis, assessment and gives a strategic direction of the company in order to prepare a proposal wich guide the company in a healthy grow.
