abstract

  • There are many people who suffer from diseases that act as limiting in their lifestyles when sharing a moment with friends or family, these people often feel a little excluded. An example is diabetes, in Colombia about 3.3 million people suffer from this disease. This is one of the reasons why Bakehouse will focus on preparing healthy foods, using ingredients that are suitable for people like these. On the other hand, around our brand we want to be a company that educates its customers offering advice and guidance regarding healthy eating, generating awareness of what are the real ingredients that the body needs to eat, which should avoid, and how should they take care of their body in general. On the other hand, we want to be a company that has a social commitment, just as we are creating awareness about good nutrition, we want to differentiate ourselves by being a company that seeks to help Colombian society in these means. This work seeks to define how the Bakehouse project would be developed, taking into account the product, marketing (product, price, place, promotion), operational strategy, administrative strategy, economic plan, cost structure, financial plan, etc.
