  • Faced with a globalized and competitive world, it’s common to see enterprises to implement management technologies, in order to achieve more efficient operative and administrative processes. To apply management technologies, it’s important to make a diagnosis and know itself what are the requirements or changes the organization needs, in order to plan, build, develop and evaluate which method is best for the company to implement the necessary management technology, because the methodology that a company requires, it’s different from. To comply with the foregoing, it’s necessary that senior management or the board of directors have a high knowledge of the organizational culture, because when facing a change factor within the enterprise, the main integrants and participants are the employees, which will also lead to acknowledge the organizational climate, the career development and the personal satisfaction. Each enterprise most knows the culture that lives and exists within its organization. Regarding this, the present research wants to do a close description of the organizational culture in 31 Colombian companies of all industries, based on the model of Professor Carlos Eduardo Mendez, the objective is demonstrate the characterization of the organizational culture with the guidelines and methods that links the human culture.
