  • This study aims at describing the clinical, occupational and sociodemographic characteristics and the partial results of the insertion process- Working reinsertion of workers with osteomuscular Disability in a mal. Besides, it aims at comparing the group of workers with disabilities vs. the group of workers without disabilities according to the results in terms of productivity, confort and safety.Cross section descriptive design, in correlational type. Population: watchmen from SOCOVIG LTDA. enterprise that Work in the Gran Estación mal in Bogotá in the period corresponding october in 2009. A questionnaire was developed as a data collection instrument, that includes sociodemographic, clinical and occupational variables, the statistics analysis is carried out using frequency and percentages distributions, Regarding the average cuantitative variables, the médium, standard desviation range, and the Ji association chart by Pearson was used with a 5% level of significance. In total 107 workers were studied, from which21 had osteomuscular disability, which represents 19.62% of the total sample. Comparing the results regarding productivity, confort and safety of the group of workers with disabilities vs. the workers without disabilities no significant difference was obtained, the Ji association chart by Pearson with a significance level of 5%. This makes us concludes that the group of disable workers can carry out their tasks in the same position and the same working conditions as the workers without disabilities obtaining the same results of productivity, confort and safety.
