1990s establish a new order in the International System. Thus, it seeks to analyze the impact Lashkar-e-Taiba has had while affecting the relations between the two countries through a qualitative and quantitative analysis that will be based historiographical elements for this type of analysis. For the above, it is necessary to take into account the conceptualization that has been done on terrorism in order to enlighten the research and, as well as bibliographical material of other regions since such cases have not been studied carefully in Latin America. That is why, this study deserves more attention from the discipline. Therefore, the aim is to show that Lashkar-e-Taiba through its actions has affected the bilateral relations between the two countries generating modification of common policies and strategies as well as the intensification of discourses of both governments.
