Inversiones ABC S.A.S is a colombian company located in Bogota city which offers exchange and financial intermediation services to the specific segment of land freight transportation companies in the capital. Inversiones ABC' main activity is the checks exchange and the purchase of invoices (Factoring). The following services, Derivatives of such activity, are currently offered; service by window, door to door service (home service), as well as bank deposits and transferences through other intermediary companies such as Efecty, Super Giros, Western Union and other ones with presence in Colombia. Based on the above, it can be said that liquidity is a fundamental element for the optimal functioning of the company processes. However, the possession of large sums of cash also involves a number of risks. These risks are directly related to the insecurity problem in the capital. Previously, there have been attacks on the headquarters which generally result in economic losses affecting the results of the company as well as violent actions against the employees and their integrity. Considering that insecurity in Bogotá is a constant threat, which affects the operation of the company and could even threaten its perdurability, this paper aims to identify viable strategies that allow the company to counter the criminal groups that currently threaten its operation.
