Leadership and entrepreneurship have been two phenomena that have been studied from different perspectives over the past decades; however conceptual gaps remain to be defined. With this project aims to make a theoretical and documental review in an integral way, which can describe, analyze and interpret these phenomena. Finally with this project aims to determine which are the related features that define a leader and his entrepreneurial capacity as a personal characteristic. In first place this research begins mentioning the several definitions about both concepts. Secondly it will be analyzed various theories. Finally it will be presented some explanations about those complex topics and it is hoping that the information presented works as a support for developing of future investigations.
