The interest of this case study is to analyze the way in which the Spanish investment affects the Cuban economy to be generated at the island prospects of economic transition since 1991. Explains the situation in which expectations regarding the possible Cuban economic transition evidenced revolve around to perspective as law reforms, economic linkages generated with new associates, and the reappearance of private property in the Cuban environment.
