abstract

  • Managing quality for health service providers in rural areas will be a real need for the Department of Choco and for Colombia, which requires a strategy or methodology that facilitates the implementation, evaluation and development of a health guarantee and quality system in these areas given the legal and regulatory requirement; taking into account that the result of this work reveals that ignorance is the fundamental basis of non-quality. It will then be the transmission and integration of normative and legislative knowledge to the training of health professionals as the main executors of the health system, which can add to it a strategic measure that contributes to quality by making efficient and effective the provision of health services , contributing to the growth and durability of companies or institutions that develop this mission, in turn with the welfare of the community; This strategy is intended to contribute to the improvement of each of the quality characteristics in health such as: accessibility, relevance, timeliness, security and continuity
