This paper presents an introduction to Adaptive Business Intelligence (ABI) as a support of the organizational decision making process that adds value due to its development features. The ABI is an evolution to the well-known Business Intelligence (BI), because this first one uses the output of the BI, mean knowledge, to create a model from one particular problem, then the company provides a solution or in other words, this have to make a decision. In this respect, decision making is developing in the organizational complexity, because of the company acts like an open system, interrelations with the environment and affected itself by external and internal agents. In this matter, it proposes to approach the ABI process as an answer by applying the model construction that provides the most accurate decision possible to the problem, generating value to the management organization.
