With the aim of increasing the income of small farmers of Machetá , pre-feasibility analysis of sales and marketing of cheese by the cooperative Vuestra Honrosa Labranza was made. Working closely with members of the cooperative a business plan based on aggregate milk production of these small farmers was developed. This pre-feasibility study is a response to the problems created by the fact that in Colombia a large part of the population lives with few resources and opportunities, apparently there are not to many chances of getting out of this state, this is the case of milk producers of Machetá , despite having experience in this activity have been at a disadvantage due to lack of training and opportunities for competitive final product.
