This thesis is the result of an investigation process with four juvenile organizations of Tunjuelito, Bogota from 2013 to 2015. This work makes a sociological reflection about the educational and the socialization role of the juvenile organizations in a context of exclusion and poverty. With a qualitative methodology based in the interaction, this methodology studies the resources and methods of this process that are become important social policies in the territory and in the life’s of the people that live there.
