  • The work is one of the activities on which societies are organized and therefore in modern states is included among the responsibilities of the public authorities to ensure the health, safety and hygiene at work. Recognition of the right of workers in the workplace, to protect your health and integrity, involves work safely and without risks.In this study, Psychosocial risks are described as being, satisfaction, and quality of working life of professionals and workers within an organization and its relationship with organizational climate, which makes connection to think, feel and act in each individual to achieve a proper and efficient performance within the organization. Therefore psychosocial risk factors and organizational climate have a significant importance as it allows to know the conditions inside the organizations that are affecting the workplace and how they are perceived by workers.
