Judging the marginalized is an ethnography about the juvenile justice system (Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes SRPA). the research pretends to understand the moral judgments at the judicial process: it is a case of study that seeks to analyse the structural of this penal system and the consecuences for young people who have been abandoned by the state
