  • FAMEGO Store, located in San Victorino, is a store that has been characterized for being visited by the Colombian families, from the social statuses 1, 2 and 3. Thanks to its location in the center of the capital, makes the sector the nearest destiny for the consumers needing all kind of finery, that they´re principal objective is looking for the best price in the city. Since it’s begging’s in 1998, has been directed by Nelson Linares, empiric administrator, whom effort is to give the customers the best service, innovating with new products, without falling in the imitation in wich the sector is falling into and thanks to the market evolution, its being easier to get the products directly from the Chinese manufacturers, always taking into account no to disregard the quality.Through the prospective study of Famego Store in 2015, we analyze many characteristics such us: The trends (Globalization, new concepts of the market, money exchange rates), internal and external facts (prices, security, marginal population), wich took us to generate hypothesis wich show us different scenarios of Famego store in 2015.In 2015, San Victorino will be like an open air business center, in wich customers will have a more comfortable space where they will be feel more secure thanks to the authorities and a more strict control in the development of the environment, bringing more clean streets and a less visual contamination. Famego store, which has been characterized for bringing to their clients the best services, has created alliances with their principal competitors to create a healthier market climate, establishing equity on prices.
