  • Business Models describes the basis on which a company, creates, provides, and captures value. Osterwalder, Alexander. (2010). Kids Club is a manufacturing company of footwear for children classified by PROEXPORT as one of the best Colombian companies belonging to the footwear sector; and one of the few companies that could export their products to international markets from empirical administrative techniques in less than 10 years. The following case study, describes the company`s business model; identifying market segments, structure of value chain, in order to identify their critical success factors and propose new alternatives that keeps tha company as a leader in the sector in the current business environment.
