abstract

  • The following investigation is about the theorical discussions about the aftermath of the European Union on the principles of national sovereignity, specifically in the case of Great Britain. The principal objective of this workpaper is to construct a conceptual framework over sovereignty. It begins mentioning the principal authors of end of S. the XVII and XVIIIth, and it concludes with a conceptual position based on modern theories, motivated for the birth of European Union as a new political order. Between the mentioned models they are: theories of central model or intergubernamentalista, the theory of multi-level governability, the neofuncionalist model and federalist model. Equally, the work seeks to develop a conceptual frame over the monetary union and it´s evolution up to the scope of the fiscal European Union. To establish the theoretical relations between sovereignty of the state and the monetary union and finally realize the historical hermeneutic analysis of the European Union and the case of United Kingdom of agreement to the relations demostrated in the theoretical models of sovereignty of the state and monetary union.
