  • The creation of knowledge in organizations is visible through the individuals knowledge management, however, each individual must be interconnected in order to form a network or an organizational system knowledge that consolidates long term business in the environment in which they operates. This paper reviews theoretical core elements about knowledge management as seen from various authors and perspectives, also identifies key points for design a knowledge management model for a company of chemical products for pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industry in Bogota city.
