This article describes the operation of social responsibility and sustainability area of Telefonica Colombia, in order to provide inputs for other companies to implement projects that routed them to create an area of sustainability. To know the area in different aspects was used a matrix with four important variables: evolution of the area, strategic platform, division of labor and coordination of work.
