This work has been carried out with the intention of analyzing the importance of business associations in the Chilean wine industry. The different types of associations and applied cases to identify their structure, the advantages and disadvantages of the types of cooperation were studied, and the solution to the dilemma of associating or not associating with Chilean vineyards was given
