  • The research carried out to OSP International Cala Ltd., a company dedicated to generating value-added service operators through its distribution network by developing hardware and software, was able to identify the organizational culture that characterizes this company through the methodology developed by the Author Carlos Eduardo Mendez, where by means of the four instruments, men, structures, systems and IMCOC (instrument to measure the climate of organizations), the features were identified less established, rooted and highly entrenched. In the past it was possible to characterize the organizational culture of the company, since these categories were identified Analysis, Trends and megatrends in order to describe, interpret and analyze the organizational culture that characterizes this company (Alternative ECHO). Concluding the evidence of the hard work one daily OSP Cala International Ltd, in the integration of each of their areas as part of a whole, to achieve the objectives and targets set by it.
