This paper is an investigation into the way in which innovation impacts the development and productivity of the Grupo Bimbo. For this, a theoretical review has been carried out on the most relevant concepts in the field of innovation, such as their conceptual definitions, types and tactics. After analyzing in depth the uses of innovation in the Bimbo Group, it has been concluded that the giant of the bakery world, since early times, has focused its efforts on innovation as a source of success. Not only innovating in products but also in processes, machinery, raw materials and others.
