The public partnership program PPP´s is used among a large list of countries around the world. This contractual figure consists on attracting private capital to the private sector, so governments can use that capital to build roads, airports, schools, universities, hospitals and other infrastructure constructions. The Colombian health sector has always had a lot of problems such as corruption and the lack of public investment. The PPP´s arise as a possible solution for this problem and it shows itself as a achievable since the implementation of law 1508 of 2012.
