Reestructuración de la gerencia en Colombia: la educación superior necesita un nuevo perfil profesional del administrador para aminorar las externalidades del contexto actual (Aportes del mercadeo relacional, la teoría de creación de valor compartido y la inteligencia emocional)

The article’s main objective was to explain the need of the higher level education in Colombia of integrating the recognition and handling of emotions in order to contribute to a real sustainable social development. As per the area of interest lies in the management field, the concepts of relational marketing, the shared value creation theory and emotional intelligence were used to support this article as well as other theoretical and bibliographical approaches during the development of the management seminar. The author’s contribution supports the main reasons at looking for the restructuring process in order to mitigate the externalities of the environment, and promote the continuous social and economic improvement. Finally, it was pretended to provide the reader proper information about the subject, which allow its comprehension, and promote the discussion in regard to the author’s contributions.
