The Project will be developed based on the Ecological model of Human Development (Bronfenbrenner, 1999) starting from the explication and conceptualization in general terms of the model, guiding the investigation to a organizational environment, where it would be possible to apply the theory described by Bronfenbrenner and then, determine which is the structure and the functionality of the systems in the model as well as establish what is its utility in the business environments making an analysis of the different systems, relations, interactions and effects that the companies or organizations have and develop during their life.Throughout the investigation will be referred to different kinds of concepts related to the model and the world where the organizations develop, such as clusters, systems, sectors, strategies, relationship marketing, community interactions, influences, etc; concepts which will allow to bring, as much as possible, Bronfenbrenner’s model to the business world to develop in the best possible way to apply the model to the business world.
