Most economic agents have gone through financial crises at least once throughout their lives, that is why this article studies the actions that generate a positive impact on business resurgence after going through a financial crisis. Through the study of research and the project carried out on the 2021 Ave Fenix Award, there were found actions that contribute to the business recovery. It has been shown that actions such as the implementation of good operational and social responsibility strategies, as well as obtaining positive profit margins, contribute to the prosperity of companies. In this way, through this article, it is expected to generate a contribution to companies that find themselves in these difficult situations, supporting them with actions that can contribute to their financial recovery.
