Currently organizations in their quest to be eco-efficient and generate a best practice in their production processes, it has sought to generate tools and measurements to enable it to carry out cleaner production. That is why in their eagerness have sought an optimal way to address an issue of global concern; water management. This research has as central to land the Spanish language, mandated by the water to a report released by the Global Compact, which contains tools, metrics and guidelines on water management in organizations document. In addition to this the present research aims to see its relevance to the Colombian context by applying to an organization.
