  • The managers of the charcuterie El Bohemio were concerned that sales were not increasing enough, so they wanted to look for other business opportunities and want to leverage the fact that the production capacity of their plant that was not 100%. Because of this, they could think about raising up the business line. The aim of this project is to develop a catalog which will be implemented in the new business model B2B in the company El Bohemio. This model seeks a greater closeness with the client. In this format only one person will be in charge, which will carry out both sales and negotiation processes. This seeks to acquire relevant information that the company can use to adapt to the environment, in order to increase the company's sales, productivity and that does not depend on a single business model. Currently, it is expected to grow 2% in sales in the first year, by 2.5% in the second year and in 2022 it is expected to grow by 3% based on the company's sales. El Bohemio is located in a sector of restaurants and this is growing. Over the past few years, growth has emerged in both the meat and fast food sectors; growth has emerged in both existing and commercial enterprises. Nowadays the project has already generated profits, and with the financial projection it is expected that in the first year it will be able to generate enough profits to cover its expense. Thanks to the use of the catalog in the B2B business model, it seeks to make enough profits to generate important revenue for the company and thus, expand the business models of the company.
