abstract

  • A new concept comes to university students, those who have a tight schedule, have little time to satisfy the primordial physiological need: food; This is supported by studies, since about 60% of college students eat daily fast foods. So, would you give the opportunity to a different alternative? Far from the American trends, that saturates the market? Something with that touch of self-confidence that characterize Colombian people, an autochthonous place with unique flavors. Papaucha arrives, recognizing that the potato has its own thing and that it’s enjoyed with a spicy of color. Being one day here and another there, rolling comes to recreate a joyful shopping experience. That`s right, a Colombian Fast Food Food Truck, with that homey touch that you missed that long days. And know what better than highlighting the exotic of Colombian fruits, taking advantage of the availability of young people to try new flavors. And maybe create that mix that highlights its unique factor. The success of the concept will be reflected in a return of 17% since the third year with an upward trend, acquired from a first-year sales income of $ 98, 954, 845. It will mainly cover the population of the Javeriana University, impacting 40%, equivalent to 8, 800 people, in the first year. That scope will be achieved with an initial investment of $ 60, 000, 000 that according to projections will recover in the next two years of its opening
