This academic research is aimed to improve the processes and the business management of the company Solotrans Ltd. Taking that into consideration there’s a research in terms of the internal improvements that can be applied into the company in terms of organizational design, strategy, operation optimization (which is going to be studied under the vision of the Lean manufacturing) and marketing, to all the terms mentioned before there’s an addition of the Toyota Production System (TPS).
