Organizational transparency is a fundamental key in the success of companies today, as it promotes the free flow of information within the organization allowing each of its employees to have full knowledge of the situation that the company lives. Additionally it generates confidence among its Stakeholders who shape their environment and are vital in the permanence of organizations.This document evidences an investigation on the port of Barranquilla that shows a clear problem of lack of organizational transparency and generates a proposal of improvement for the improvement of its competitiveness.
