Observing the behavior of some last semester students from the “Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad del Rosario”, tending to generate new ideas looking to make a reality the social function of the profession, it is born the purpose of this study that is to characterize the attitude and evaluate the knowledge of the students of this faculty in relation to the social entrepreneurship, as an eventual vocation, through a qualitative research by means of phenomenological and ethnographic methods, using the testimonial narrative when doing semi-structured interviews to spotlighted group of students that are in medium semesters, last and some graduated students.What is wanted then, with this study is demonstrating the key guidelines focused to the “Facultad de Jurisprudencia”, that gives precise information about what fosters and develops into the students the capacity of creating a Company, which is aligned with the objectives of entrepreneurship that dares the education in the current society, expressed in the 2025 vision of the “Universidad del Rosario”, in order to re-evaluate eventually social paradigms that have structured o limited the field in what a professional in this area should do and be.
