  • Considering that the Information Technology and Communication (ICT) are indisputable and are there as part of the technological culture that surrounds us and which we must live within the concept ICT, biotechnology and accreditation processes and certification of human resources in the provision of health services taking into account their importance in the development of our regions and nationally.Biotechnology and accreditation in health over time have been changing issues, keeping pace with scientific advances continue within a framework of economic and cultural globalization, contribute to the rapidobsolescence of knowledge and the emergence of new values, causing continuous changes in oureconomic, social and cultural rights, and affecting nearly every aspect of our livesBiotechnology encompasses a wide range of knowledge and technologies, including basic and applieddisciplines, making a positive impact on socio-economic progress of countries that are interested instrengthening the development and application of biotechnology in their markets.On the other hand, the accreditation of different health services and the certification of human talent in our country has been developing standards driven by global competition which gives us an advantage for the promotion, sale and recognition of our health services international level.
