The relationship between politics and religion has been a constant phenomenon throughout the history of Colombia, but thanks to religious pluralization as expressed in the Political Constitution of 1991 that opens the political landscape for political participation of Non-Catholic religious congregation. In the context of pluralist participation this research aims to characterize the relationship between the Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International (IDMJI) and Political Movement MIRA from the electoral efficiency obtained in the Senate elections of 2006 and 2010 in Bogota. Giving as a result an undeniable relationship between the location of headquarters of the IDMJI and the concentration of votes for the MIRA in the localities of Bogota.
