The current Prision joint go throught one of the worst moment. Crowding, recividism, corruption, etc. are some of the problems that today have opened the discussion about the roll of the prisión as a reintegration center and especially the effectiveness of the programms that are develop inside those places. Nevertheless, one thing that has not counted in the analysis of the Colombian Policy of Penitentiary is the situation of prisioners when they get their freedom; this because every time is more evident that the possibilities for these people to get a job, even to get used to the society are minimum. To this is added the fact of the insufficient oferts of programmes or institutions that offer supporting after prision, which increases significant the probabilities of recividism. It is therefore a challenge not only for the Colombian Government but for the society itself to give opportunities for these population with the purpose of achieve a correct and a effective reintegration of ex-inmates .
