In the current world the strategic process is a variable which is generating more impact and influence with the time in the decisions of business managers, however, few studies have focused on this variable when it is adopted by the new models of corporate cooperation. It is for this reason, this research seeks to clarify the applicability of the methodologies and tools used in the strategic planning of a company in a network, and in addition, it pretends to serve as a first approach to the most important aspects in the strategic planning of a network.
