This document is a work of degree that addresses issues of entrepreneurship in their concept and process, culture from an anthropological standpoint, investigating on theoretical, concepts, then analyzing the current state of business activity in Colombia to propose two solutions to the problems of corporate sustainability. This requires understanding the concept of entrepreneurship, what is your process and how it relates to cultural anthropology with them and the business environment. It is not intended to propose a research model, is to propose a topic as a basis for future investigation may provide deeper than the discovery of new opportunities for the creation of companies innovative and enduring.
