Taking into account the complexity of the Colombian Financial System and the high impact of the sector in the national economy, emergence an interest in the study and perform of the sector, doing a qualitative and a quantitative analysis of various agents. Since there, will be generated a diagnosis of disease, overcrowding and imitation in the sector, as well as durability of Banco ColpatriaDuring the document will be emphasized in the strategy of networking and partnerships of the sector, which, according to the review, promotes access to banking and financial system in the whole country. In turn, financial indicators of the sector will be analyzed, using retrospective analysis, interviews, and surveys to reviewers and users of Banco Colpatria, in order to understand the current state of the sector, the organization studied, and identifying features or elements of the past, present and future of the bank and its agents. Because of that, a diagnostic is made of the strategic sector: commercial banks massive segment, intermediate size. Finally, recommendations are made to avoid overcrowding in the sector and generate sustainability in the organization studied.
